This Privacy Policy does not apply to partners, employees, secondees, student interns, and applicants.

  • Preparing user statistics; these are generic reports without information about individual persons. We use the collected information to improve the website.

LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING
We process personal data based on one of the following legal grounds:

  • Legitimate Interest: We may also process your personal data if we have a legitimate interest and do not disproportionately infringe on your privacy, such as using contact details to invite you to future events based on your attendance at previous events.

PROCESSORS AND SHARING OF PERSONAL DATA
We may hire service providers (processors) for the processing of your personal data, who solely process your personal data based on our instructions. We will conclude a processor agreement with these processors to meet the requirements of the GDPR. For example, we hire IT service providers that support the safe and stable operation of our systems and third-party services to send newsletters and emails.

Transfer outside the (European Economic Area) EEA

We use a text messaging platform subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting into our text and message marketing, you agree to these terms and conditions. By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, signing up using our subscription form, or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text messages (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your phone number, name, and purchase details will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc," an EU company with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU.
